2023 Mystery Discount
1. This contest is open to all private persons of full age residing in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia at the time of participation. However, the person for whom a promotional contest is held, their employer, representative, agent, and the persons with whom they are domiciled may not enter the contest.
2. Contest is open from December 14, 2023, 12:00 a.m. EST to December 17, 2023, 11:59 p.m. EST.
3. The mystery discount will be revealed to the participant after a transaction on potvinbouchard.ca.
4. The discount is applicable immediately and is not applicable on previous or subsequent purchases.
5. The mystery discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The mystery discount is not valid for in-store purchases.
7. One mystery discount per customer, per transaction, per day. Cannot be combined with any other special offer.
8. The discount granted is only applicable on “Cash and carry” (credit card or Paypal) purchases made through the potvinbouchard.ca website. Not applicable on purchases charged to a customer or contractor account nor on layaways, special orders, gift card purchases, purchases paid with a store credit note or services such as delivery, item rentals, lumber cutting service, etc.
9. Prizes vary from 10% to 50% discounts on purchases made online at potvinbouchard.ca.
10. The mystery discount is applicable to online purchases of $100 or more at regular price and before taxes.
11. The mystery discount is valid on purchases made on a maximum transaction total of $2,000.
12. Water heaters, maple sugaring or hay making products and some building materials (Roofing, exterior siding, corrugated panels, structural posts, lumber, treated wood and composite, insulation, drywall) may be excluded.
13. Odds of winning: 50% discount: 1%, 25% discount: 2%, 15% discount: 22%, 10% discount: 75%.
14. The decisions of the contest partners and organizers are final and are not subject to review.
15. Participation in this contest confirms that the participant accepts the contest rules, and any violation of these rules may result in the participant’s disqualification.
16. The organizers can, at their sole discretion, cancel, suspend, or modify, in whole or in part and at any moment, the contest in the event of an incident that could affect the normal conduct of the contest or its impartiality.
17. The organizers, partners, advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be suffered by anyone in connection with this contest or goods acquired as a result of this contest.
